Return & Refund Policy

Digital products

Digital products are non-refundable once delivered, except for duplicate purchases or corrupt files. If that happens, contact us within 7 days at djnevaquit@gmail.com and we will fix the delivery or refund you.

Physical products

Defective or incorrect items may be returned within 14 days for a replacement or refund. Items must be unused and unworn. We cannot accept returns for wrong size selection, wear damage, or clearance items.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
